Mr. Lam has over 20 years of experience in global technology private equity, venture capital and hedge fund investing. Mr. Lam is the Founding Managing Partner of Increment Capital, a technology- driven investment firm based in Hong Kong and Shanghai that fuses flexible capital with an active corporate development approach to investing in Asia and the US. The firm partners with exceptional founders and management teams with flexible capital to build enduring businesses over time with an emphasis on accelerating growth through strategic and operational improvements.
Before Increment Capital, Mr. Lam was a founding investment team member at Clearlake Capital, a $70+ billion U.S. private equity, special situations and credit investment firm, where he led technology investments with significant contributions to the firm’s early development. Prior to Clearlake Capital, Mr. Lam was a technology private equity investor with Warburg Pincus, an $85+ billion global private equity firm. At Warburg Pincus, Mr. Lam executed leveraged buyout, growth equity and venture capital investments in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Before Warburg Pincus, Mr. Lam served on Microsofts corporate development team, collaborating closely with the Chairman, CEO, and senior management to execute acquisitions and investments globally. Mr. Lam started his career at JPMorgan in Investment Banking.
Mr. Lam graduated with an A.B., with honors, in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University.

Angel Chia is currently the Chair of the Family Office Association Hong Kong (“FOAHK”) and Founder-CEO of NexGenerator Pte Ltd, a family office accelerator that educates and equips Family Next-Gens to become better informed principals of their own Single Family Offices.

Angel has accumulated 20 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from securities dealing to asset management in Taipei, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. She has worked for Solomon Smith Barney, ABN Amro and BNP Paribas. As CEO, she set up the Singapore subsidiary for Chinese brokerage Shenwan Hongyuan (000166.CH) and managed the Chinese firm’s offshore asset management business in HK and Singapore. She was the CEO of EAM SingAlliance (Hong Kong) Limited and Chief Strategy Officer of MFO Fountainhead Partners.

Angel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Toronto and a MBA with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
