The Trade Mission to Israel under Irwin’s guidance and leadership was  very  helpful and impactful.  Irwin and his team did a very thoughtful job: the organization was quite well done, the meetings were worthwhile and I’ve established new relationships that I do think will make a difference for the business.  They weaved in helpful oversight on the state of the market with the roundtable discussion, the one on ones were with the right people, and  kept the agenda moving in a way that was constructive and not rushed.  Very hard to do in my experience – quite impressive actually.
